What’s Under the Hood
The heart of the system is a heavy-duty infrared heating lamp. It runs on 400V and cranks out 2500W of power, all packed into a 300mm footprint. The controller keeps the lamp on a tight temperature schedule, so you never get runaway heat. It protects the process, plain and simple.
Built to Last
The lamp itself is a halogen-filled quartz tube, coated with a special protective layer. That coating keeps cleaning solvents from eating away at it and filters out the wavelengths you don’t need, so all the energy goes right where it should. The R7s connector makes installation clean and secure, with high-temp ratings and minimal exposed contacts. And for the toughest chemical environments, we added a hermetic seal and reinforced terminations to block vapors from getting in.
